This 6 week session incorporates an introduction to yoga, mindfulness, awareness and helpful tips for achieving relaxation while engaging children in a series of classical yoga postures, yoga games, crafts and more. This is the perfect introductory class to get your child hooked on yoga!

This 6 week session is specifically designed to combat teenage angst using yoga as the ultimate stress buster. Mindfulness, awareness, techniques for calming nerves and getting a restful sleep are some of the many skills learned in this program. This class gives teens the tools they need to acquire a good night's rest and to make anxiety provoking situations more manageable. Students will also practice yoga technique and posture which can be applied to their dance practice and everyday physical and mental health.

May & June Session

This 7 week session combines classical yoga postures and breathing techniques with restorative and relaxation yoga to give you a restful experience and a good night's sleep! (YES PLEASE!) This one hour class is designed for you to indulge in a little "Me" time and is recommended for all levels of experience; beginner to advanced yogis are welcome!

A slow paced class designed for those that want to become more relaxed. Postures (asanas) are held for longer periods of time to get the most out of each pose. This type of yoga targets the deep tissues in the body giving you a chance to tap into your most relaxed self and indulge in some much needed zen. Yin Yoga contributes to a better and deeper sleep state.

Chair yoga classes adapt traditional poses (asanas) into seated positions for those who prefer to participate from a chair rather than a mat. The chair is used for support, comfort and safety. Each class focuses on different aspects of body, mind, and spirit and illuminates a path to maintain healthy practices.

Vinyasa yoga is a subset of hatha yoga. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic 'flow'. We move from one posture to the next with transitional sequences linking it all together. The emphasis is on linking your breath and your movements and it begins to feel like a 'moving meditation'. This type of practice helps build strength (especially your core). It doesn't necessarily mean "fast" or "power" - but it can be - and it is suitable for all levels.

Pilates is a low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout that focuses heavily on building strong core muscles. Designed for all levels of experience, whether you're a beginner, looking to get back into shape or an experienced pilates fanatic, this class is for you!

Baby & Me yoga will give parents / guardians the opportunity to try something active with their newborn while simultaneously bonding with their child. Poses that are interactive and engaging as well as different relaxation techniques will be explored in this class. Improve your little one's motor coordination, skill, and have so much fun sharing in the bond that will be found through yoga and movement.
